1. Information We Collect

When you use Prompt Modules, we collect:

• Account data: email address, authentication provider (Google OAuth)
• Usage data: analyses run, modules saved, token counts (aggregated)
• Module content: PML modules you create and store in your registry
• Billing data: processed by Stripe — we never store card details

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Process your module analyses and registry operations
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, security)
• Calculate and display usage statistics in your dashboard
• Enforce plan limits and prevent abuse

3. Module Content

Your private modules are stored encrypted and are only accessible to you via your API key. Modules you publish to the marketplace become publicly available and are visible to all users.

We do not use your private module content to train AI models or share it with third parties.

4. Prompt Data

When you run an analysis (pm analyze or via the dashboard), your prompt text is processed server-side to detect modules and extract intent. We store only metadata (module names detected, token counts) — not the full prompt text.

If AI features are enabled (OpenAI embeddings, Claude analysis), your prompt is sent to those providers subject to their respective privacy policies.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Zona peligrosa. Deletion is permanent and non-reversible.

You have the right to:

• Access all data we hold about you (email support@promptmodules.dev)
• Export your modules at any time via the dashboard
• Delete your account and all data
• Opt out of non-transactional emails

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only (authentication session). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded.
